Is your meat Australian?
Yes, all our produce is Australian only.
Pork and chicken are sourced from local farms in Qld. The lamb is from Tasmania, where the growing conditions produce the best quality lamb in our opinion. Much of the beef cattle are grown on our own property Castell Park, located in Esk, QLD.
How do I purchase bulk meat?

How does the ordering process work?
It’s easy to purchase from our online butcher. You can order any time online.

- When you’re done and ready to finalise your order, click My Cart and finalise your order.
If it is the first time ordering online with us, you will be required to create an account to ensure that we have required contact details and delivery address information.
DELIVERY – Please ensure you are aware of the delivery dates to your area before you finalise your order.

Do you deliver on public holidays?
Scheduled deliveries are made on public holidays. You can view our delivery calendar here.
How and when do you deliver?
You will be notified of your approximate delivery time the day before your delivery by SMS. Delivery times are determined by the number of customers we are delivering to on any given day. You are welcome to request a certain time, we will always try to accommodate such requests where possible.
If you will not be home at the time allocated to you, we encourage you to contact us and we can discuss other possible options.
Once your order is prepared, it is transported in a refrigerated vehicle and always delivered meeting national food safety standards. Ideally, your order should be transferred to a refrigerator or freezer as soon as possible and within two hours of delivery. Once your order has been delivered, it is no longer the responsibility of Boutique Meats. All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you once we have delivered the goods.
It’s a fact of life that sometimes mistakes are made. If you feel there is something wrong with your order, we encourage you to contact us within 24hrs of delivery to discuss your concern. We pride ourselves on quality produce and great customer care.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to many cities, towns and suburbs in South-East Queensland.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is a flat cost added to your order on checkout.

Toowoomba – Lockyer: $5.00
Sunshine Coast to Brisbane to Gold Coast (inc. Redlands and Ipswich): $10.00
South Moreton Bay Islands: $10
Other SE QLD: $10.00
What is the order minimum?
Our order minimum is $70 before delivery fee (if applicable).
How is my order packed?
All orders are packed fresh the day prior to your delivery day. Each order is packed according to the quantities you have ordered online.
Produce is packaged with your convenience in-mind, with all products labelled clearly for easy placement in your fridge/freezer.

How do I pay?
Online orders – Payment are made securely online via credit/debit card on completion of your order.
Phone orders – Payment on delivery – mobile eftpos machine.
Payment of your order to be paid prior to delivery, unless another arrangement is made with us.

It’s a fact of life that sometimes mistakes are made. If you feel there is something wrong with your order, we encourage you to contact us within 24hrs of delivery to discuss the issue. We pride ourselves on quality produce and great customer care.
Can I purchase a gift voucher?
Yes! This would make a perfect gift for anyone. Please use the Contact Us page to send us a message to request a gift voucher and we will arrange this for you.
Gift vouchers can be emailed to you directly (to print out) or we can send the gift voucher via email or post on your behalf. Gift vouchers must be pre-paid prior to being sent.
