Pork Fillet, also known as Pork Tenderloin, is a long thin cut including the eye fillet. It is a lean, very tender and versatile cut with popular cooking options such as stir-frying, baking, simmering, sautéing and BBQ-ing.
Pork Tenderloin should not be confused with Pork Loin.
Pork Loin is a wide steak-like cut. Pork Tenderloin is best cooked quickly over fairly high heat, while Pork Loin is best cooked by slow-roasting or grilling.
